Galahad thinks about the tall, pale, beautiful man he kissed, and although the only Claudius he wants to marry and live with forever is the one he has, he does for a moment wish that he could have gone with the other Claudius, to be certain that someone was caring for him. That someone would be able to remind him that his feelings matter.
