He's acting purely out of instinct and desire, with no real skill or even an idea of where he wants this to go, but it's good. The longer Claudius lets him stay, the longer he lets himself believe it, and he lets his hand come to rest over Claudius' heart, feeling for the beat of it, as he ventures into the heat of Claudius' mouth.
